What we bring to every client.

our approach

At the heart of HiveWise is a range of highly researched best practices that we look to enable for our clients in order to solve key problems and improve organizational performance overall. These principles range from how to set up decision-making for success and collaborating with stakeholders to aligning on direction and continually improving processes.

Yet, we know there isn't a single silver bullet that turn these best practices into standard operating procedures for your organization. This is why each of our engagements look to combine technology, process consulting and manager coaching into an integrated sustainable solution.

Key Elements For Each Solution

Technology - Through a decade and a half of research, the HiveWise platform has been designed to consistently enable decision structure and transparency while lowering the barriers to highly efficient and in-depth stakeholder participation.

Key: Collective Intelligence

Process - Our consultants help define & optimize the “how” we solve problems and make decisions in order to programmatically increase your team’s odds for success across all key initiatives.

Key: Decision Science

People - We believe most important learning happens by doing. We provide manager and team coaching to ensure these tools and processes are deployed in a way that adapts to your people and culture to sustainably solve targeted issues.

Our Engagement Process

Our engagements target validated challenges with a step-by-step approach to delivering sustainable and continuously optimizable solutions.

Assessment/Prioritization - rather than rely on an single perspective, we look to gather input from multiple levels of the organization identify the areas of the business where better structure, participation and transparency will make the most impact in the success of the organization. The result is a prioritized list of challenges for us to address together. For each, we leverage the following framework.

  • Discover - Interviews designed to understand how this decision (or similar) have been made in the past.

  • Design - Facilitated sessions to intentionally design the process - often for the first time, and with broad stakeholder input.

  • Launch - The new process is announced, executed and retrospectively reviewed with handholding from the consulting team.

  • Monitor/ Improve - At regularly (pre-scheduled) intervals, the archived decisions are reviewed for opportunities to improve outcomes and efficiency.
