Information You Provide Through Our Products

If you subscribe to and/or purchase a product through our Service, your company’s data that is uploaded to the product, generated by the product for you or stored by you in the product belongs solely to you (“Company Data”). We will only use Company Data as set forth in this Privacy Policy, according to your agreement with HiveWise, as set forth in the product and otherwise with your consent.

Information We Collect Automatically

HiveWise, our service providers or our third party partners may also automatically collect information from you when you visit our Service through cookies and other tracking technologies. Because Non-Personal Information, including aggregate or de-identified information, does not personally identify you directly, we may collect, use and disclose Non-Personal Information for any purpose permitted by law. In some instances, we may combine Non-Personal Information with Personal Information. If we combine any Non-Personal Information with Personal Information, the combined information will be treated by us as Personal Information.

How We Share Your Information

Besides using your Personal Information ourselves, we may send your Personal Information and other information to other companies, affiliates and third parties in the following instances:

  • Service Providers. We may share your Personal Information and Company Data with third parties who may use your information to provide us services such as website hosting and e-mail delivery services. These third parties may have access to Personal Information and Company Data that is necessary to perform their functions.

The security of your Personal Information is very important to us. We have put in place reasonable physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard the information we collect in line with industry best practices. This includes but is not limited to using strong encryption, secure backups, SSL based encryption of web traffic, updating systems on a regular basis with patches for underlying software, and routinely rotated SSH keys. Please note that we will not be liable for disclosures of your data due to errors or unauthorized acts of third parties.

Data Retention

We will retain your information for as long as needed to provide you with the Service and for a reasonable time thereafter in accordance with our standard procedures or as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, to resolve disputes, and to enforce our agreements. Even if we delete some or all of your information, we may continue to retain and use anonymous or aggregated data previously collected. In the event a client wishes to stop using the service and have their data removed, they may request to do so by contacting the HiveWise support team at However, even after data is removed, it may take up to 30 days for data to fully be removed from any back-up systems.

Our Service is maintained in the United States of America.
